All the boring practical things you need to know when you buy from us  - ie. FAQs asked before ordering our dope stuff.                                                                                HOW do I pay ? In NZ you can pay either by Poli Pay (this safe gateway transfers direct from your internet banking account to ours) or via Shopify Direct or PayPal using your debit or credit card. All International customers must use debit or credit card payment options.                                       HOW long does it take to make my tee ? We custom make to order, so we need time to get your tee to our sewing team here in Wellington, then they lovingly machine embroider each one to your size and colour specifications. Because we believe good things take time, this usually takes at least 5 working days ( that's a week ) for awesome local makers, A1 Apparel, to create your NopeSisters tee.
 HOW do I get my dope stuff ?  Basic shipping charges are added at checkout depending on the size of your order. As soon as it is made and packaged we will ship it to you. We prefer NZ Couriers for Kiwi orders, but we cannot send via super duper speedy courier to a PO Box , so please supply a physical address and preferably an accompanying phone number. If you are outside NZ we happily send to you via International AirMail from our favourite local NZ Post Shop. (They're awesome!)
 HOW long will this take ? We could reply - how long is a piece of string ? because we have had deliveries arrive the same day a courier collects from our door OR up to 4 weeks later to an International destination, due to hold ups with customs clearance, and slower local postal services. Generally we say it will be two weeks from ordering to having your tee in your hot little hands. However, occasionally it takes longer to get  there,  but rest assured we have NEVER had a tee get lost forever.
 HOW will I know it is on it's way ? You will receive notification via email, from our Shopify site when we have wrapped your tee, booked the courier, or delivered it to a Post Shop. If its coming via NZ Couriers - a link and parcel code plus trace number will be included in the message, so you can track your tee as it heads in your direction. Via International Post, we try our best, but unless you want to let us know in advance that you will pay the extra for the huge cost of courier to you,it won't be tracked, because we use standard Airpost, so it can take time before you receive it. We hope you appreciate that the wait is worth it.
 HOW do I get in touch with you if something goes wrong ? eg. Aaaargh I can't wait any longer and my parcel is not here yet ! or Noooooo  my tee doesn't fit  because I was not sure of my tee size ! or any other issues. Best way to get hold of us is via email nopesistersclothing@gmail.com because sometimes things just go wrong, and we will do everything we can to make it right. We can usually work it out so you are happy. Our 21 day exchange policy is at the checkout when you purchase - please read it if you are not sure.
HOW do I start an important conversation about it, when I'm wearing your tee ? That's an easy one - someone will ask you about it, and you can simply respond with the info you know about NopeSisters. We will have sent you an email order confirmation telling you about all of our charity partners, so you can say you wear it to support them, and to raise awareness - and spread the word about our dope stuff - changing the world one tee at a time.
